All orders placed online with a supplied email address will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number when the orders are shipped. UPS does not notify us if the email address is incorrect, so it is important to double check the information while ordering. An email address may be supplied when ordering over the phone to receive UPS tracking information. Orders shipped through the Post Office will not generate an email with tracking information. Standard shipping orders normally ship within 2 business days. All orders in the contiguous 48 states ship UPS Ground or UPS Surepost service. Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on the zip code. Please allow 7-10 business days for Free Shipping via
UPS Surepost. UPS does not require a signature for most delivery locations. Signature service is available for no additional cost and may be requested in the comment section while ordering online. You may also request this service while placing a phone order.
Express shipping orders placed prior to noon Eastern will ship that same day (next day for commercial fixtures), orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is available through UPS 2nd Day Air.
