Our generous 60 Day Return Period allows you to return a product for any reason within the first 60 days of purchase.

Please contact our customer service at warranty@fullspectrumsolutions.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number to write on your package prior to returning so we can ensure that your return gets processed in a timely manner. We will send you step by step instructions by email to make it easier for you. Within a few weeks of your returned item arriving at our facility we will credit you the purchase price of your product. All products being returned must be sent back in the original packaging.
