Tracking

All orders placed online with a supplied email address will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number when the order is shipped.  UPS does not notify us if the email is incorrect, so it is important to double-check the information while ordering.  An email address may be supplied when ordering over the phone to receive UPS tracking information.

Orders shipped through the Post Office will not generate an email with tracking information. If you have questions regarding orders shipped through the Post Office, please contact the order department at order@fullspectrumsolutions.com.


Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders normally ship within 2 business days. Commercial product line fixtures are built to order and will take up to 10 business days to ship. All orders in the contiguous 48 states ship UPS Ground® service. Shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on zip code. The minimum shipping cost, unless otherwise specified, is $9.00. UPS Ground® does not require a signature for most delivery locations. Signature service is available for no additional cost and may be requested in the comment section while ordering online. You may also request this service while placing a phone order.

Express Shipping

  

Express shipping orders placed prior to noon Eastern will ship that same day (next day for commercial fixtures), orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is available through UPS Express ® service. UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2-Day®, and UPS 3-Day services are offered for an additional cost. Express shipping may be selected at the time the order is placed through the website or over the phone.

UPS Next Day Air® Orders placed by noon Eastern Time will ship that same day.
Delivery Times	Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
Service Days	Monday - Friday, with Saturday service also available for an additional charge.
Delivery Area	Available to and from all 50 states.
Package Size	Up to 150 lbs. each; 119" in length; 165" length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
Exceptions	Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

UPS Next Day Air Saver Orders placed by noon Eastern Time will ship that same day.
Delivery Times	Overnight delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
Service Days	Monday - Friday
Delivery Area	Contiguous U.S. and parts of Alaska. Available to/from selected areas of Alaska in 1 business day. Available from Hawaii in 1 - 3 business days.
Package Size	Up to 150 lbs. each; 119" in length; 165" length plus girth (L+2W+2H).

UPS 2Day® Orders placed by noon Eastern Time will ship that same day.
Delivery Times	By 10:30 am in 2 business days to most areas (by 7:00 p.m. to residences).
Service Days	Monday - Friday, with Saturday service also available for an additional charge.
Delivery Area	Available to and from all 50 states.
Package Size	Up to 150 lbs. each; 119" in length; 165" length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
Exceptions	Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 2 or 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. Delivery to and from Hawaii by 4:30 p.m., 5 p.m. or 7p.m. in 2 to 3 business days.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air®, , this is not a guaranteed delivery time frame to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping time typically take 5-7 business days.


APO/FPO

Orders shipping to an APO or FPO ship Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance through the Post Office. The cost may be higher than that of standard UPS Ground® shipping.

  

Canada

  

Orders shipping to Canada ship through UPS International Expedited. Shipping time is 7-10 business days and may take several additional days to clear customs. We do not accept responsibility or have any control over routine delays caused by customs clearance processes. The cost may be higher than that of standard UPS® shipping. Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. will contact you prior to shipment to collect all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that are not automatically calculated by the online shopping cart.

  

 

Important Information Regarding Canadian Shipments!

  

Recipients are responsible for ALL applicable duty, tax and customs brokerage fees prior to shipment.  A working phone number and email address must be supplied for all Canada orders. Free Shipping offers do not apply to shipments going to Canada.


Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands

  

Orders shipping to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands ship Priority Mail through the Post Office with insurance and delivery confirmation and may be subject to an additional shipping fee. The cost may be higher than that of standard UPS® shipping. Free Shipping offers do not apply to shipments going to Puerto Rico.


Mexico

  

Full Spectrum Solutions does not ship to Mexico. However, a customer in the 48 contiguous United States may order and ship it to Mexico at their expense. Any products shipped to Mexico would not be under warranty.


International

Full Spectrum Solutions does not ship internationally, except for Canada.  However, a customer in the 48 contiguous United States may order and ship it internationally at their expense.  Any products shipped internationally would not be under warranty.  Please contact us to determine if a specific product will work with the voltage system in that country.
