MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES AND WARRANTIES

DAMAGE ISSUES:

Product(s) damaged in shipping (except damage to 96” tubes) will be replaced by Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc at no cost to the customer. Please email tracking@fullspectrumsolutions.com; include your name, invoice number, product description and the nature of the damage. Within 48 business hours you will receive a response with detailed information on how the damage issue will be resolved. Damage claim MUST be filed within 7 days of receipt of product. Please file all claims as soon as possible and keep all packaging material.
If individual 96” tubes are damaged in shipping; FSS will issue in-house credit of purchase price for damaged 96” tubes. Due to the fragile nature of 96” tubes, we cannot ship this item in less than case quantity.

RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR REFUND:

All returns must be pre-approved by our return department and returned in the original packaging within the return policy guidelines. To obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, email warranty@fullspectrumsolutions.com. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information regarding the return. The assigned RMA number must be printed clearly on the package. Merchandise must be received undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and use a traceable carrier. Items returned for refunds that arrive damaged will be subject to reduced credit. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.

NOTE:
We DO NOT accept returns on 96" lamp products, special orders or international orders (including Canada, Puerto Rico, APO, etc.)

BlueMax™ and Ultralux® Task Lamps & Light Therapy Products:
Return period: 60 days from original purchase. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling. BlueMax™ SunRise Combo: If one item from the combo is returned, credit is less the full price of the item kept.

Light Bulbs, Fluorescent Tubes, & Electrical Components:
Return period: 30 days from original purchase. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Commercial Fixtures & High Bay Fixtures:
Return period: 14 days from original purchase. A re-stocking fee of 25% is charged on all fixture returns. Orders over $2000.00 cannot be returned for a refund.

Damaged Products:
Product damaged in shipping will be replaced without charge to the customer and may not be returned for a refund.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Warranty claims within 60 days from the invoice date are handled at no cost to the customer. Warranty claims within the first 60 days of purchase are shipped using the same shipping method that was used for the original order. After 60 days shipping to and from Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned should be shipped with an insured reputable carrier. Warranty items must be shipped in the original packaging material. Our warranty covers any defects with exception of structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Please see product brochures and web site specifications for specific use of these products. Warranty items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be repaired or replaced at Full Spectrum Solutions discretion. If product is replaced; warranty coverage is from original invoice date; not the replacement date. Warranty is available solely to the original purchaser and for products purchased directly from Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. If Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. product is purchased from an authorized distributor; the distributor will handle your warranty. For warranty claim; email warranty@fullspectrumsolutions.com; include your name, invoice number, product description and a description of the inquiry. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information on how the warranty issue will be resolved.

Three years on the fixture and two years on the bulbs

We make no medical claims as to the use of the BlueMax™, Paralite™, or UltraLux® products and advise the purchaser to consult a medical professional as to the specific use of these products.
