MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES AND WARRANTIES

DAMAGE ISSUES: :

If a product arrives damaged, Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. will replace the product at no cost to the customer. Please email tracking@fullspectrumsolutions.com and include your name, invoice number, product description and the nature of the damage. Within 48 business hours you will receive a response with detailed information on how the damage issue will be resolved. You have 7 days from receipt of product to file a damage claim. Please file all claims as soon as possible and make sure you keep all packaging material.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: :

Generally, all orders are processed (packaged and prepared to ship) as soon as they are received. You may cancel your FSS order at any time before it is processed and receive a full refund without penalty. Processing times vary depending on sales volume and therefore there is no standard or guaranteed time period within which an order may be cancelled. Any orders cancelled after processing and before shipment are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us as soon as possible. Orders may not be cancelled pursuant to this provision after they have been shipped. After an order has been shipped it is subject to the terms and conditions of the FSS return policy.

RETURNING PRODUCTS:

All returns must be pre-approved by our return department and returned within the return policy guidelines in the original packaging. The assigned RMA number must be printed clearly on the package. Merchandise must be received undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and use a traceable carrier. To obtain an RMA number, email warranty@fullspectrumsolutions.com. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information regarding the return. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.

NOTE: On all 96" lamp products, Special orders or International orders (this includes anywhere outside the 50 U.S. states—Canada, Puerto Rico, etc.):   We do not allow returns on these orders.  You cannot return damaged products for a refund. Damaged items will be replaced. If there is a warranty claim on these items we only offer an in-house credit or refund.  If you want products replaced, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to reship product.

BlueMax™, Ultralux™ & Paralite™ Task Lamps & Light Therapy Products:

These items must be returned within 60 days of original purchase. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned. BlueMax™ SunRise Combo: If one item from the combo is returned, credit is less the full price of the item kept.

Light Bulbs, Fluorescent Tubes, & Electrical Components:

These items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be received undamaged and in the original packaging. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.

Commercial Fixtures & High Bay Fixtures:

These items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Original shipping is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of 25% is charged on all fixture returns and credit will be given when merchandise is received undamaged. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging damage will occur to the products. Orders over $2000.00 cannot be returned for a refund.

Damaged Products: Damaged products cannot be returned for a refund. Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. will replace damaged or defective items without charge to the customer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & RETURNS:

Warranty claims within 60 days from the invoice date are handled at no cost to the customer. Warranty claims within the first 60 days of purchase are shipped using the same shipping method that was used for the original order. After 60 days shipping to and from Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned should be shipped with an insured reputable carrier. Warranty items must be shipped in the original packaging material. Our warranty covers any defects with exception of structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Please see product brochures and web site specifications for specific use of these products. Warranty items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be repaired or replaced at Full Spectrum Solutions discretion. If product is replaced; warranty coverage is from original invoice date; not the replacement date. Warranty is available solely to the original purchaser and for products purchased directly from Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. If Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. product is purchased from an authorized distributor; the distributor will handle your warranty. For warranty claim; email warranty@fullspectrumsolutions.com; include your name, invoice number, product description and a description of the inquiry. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information on how the warranty issue will be resolved.

UltraLux® 55w Desk & Floor Lamps - Two years on unit and one year on bulb

Task and Work Station Lamps:

Ultralux® Brand Task Lamps - Two Years on unit and one year on bulbs

BlueMax™ 42w Desk & Floor Lamps - Two Years on unit and one year on bulb

Berkeley Lamp II:

Berkeley Lamp II - Three years on the fixture and two years on the bulbs

Torchiere Floor Lamps:

UltraLux® ™Torchiere Lamps (58w) - Two Years on unit and one year on bulb

UltraLux® Torchiere Lamps (70w) - Two Years on unit and two years on bulb

ParaLite™ and BlueMax™ Brand Fluorescent Tubes and Compact Fluorescent:

Spectra 5900 and Maxum 5000 Series Lamps - Two years

BlueMax™ Compact Fluorescent - Two years (these lamps cannot be used with dimmers)

Incandescent Bulbs:

NeoLite Brand Lamps - 120 days

Dawn Simulators:

UltraLux® Brand simulator - One year on simulator, 120 days on bulbs

BlueMax™ Sunrise System Simulator Models 100, 200, 250, 260 - One year on simulator, 120 days on bulbs

BlueMax™ Sunrise System Simulator Model 320 - One year on simulator

Electronic Ballasts:

UltraLux® Brand Combination ballasts - 5 years

UltraLux® Brand WH series ballasts - 5 years

High Bay Fixtures:

UltraLux® Brand High Bay Fixtures - 25 years on fixture, five years on ballast and two years on tubes

We make no medical claims as to the use of the BlueMax™, Paralite™ or UltraLux® products and advise the purchaser to consult a medical professional as to the specific use of these products.
