Hours of Operation

In observation of Memorial Day our offices will be closed Friday May 24th at 1:00 pm EST and Monday May 27th.
We will be in the office Friday, May 24th 8:00 am - 1:00 pm EST.
Regular business hours will resume Tuesday, May 28th.

Internet Orders
You may submit an order online through our secure shopping cart. Please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.

Phone Orders
Please call 1-888-574-7014 to place an order over the phone. Please allow 48 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped. Phone order hours are 8 am to 6 pm Eastern time Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Friday. Offices closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Faxed Orders
You may print an order form from the website and fax it to: 1-866-366-4029. Please allow 72 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped.

Mailed Orders

Please call 1-888-574-7014 to receive an exact order total including applicable tax and shipping. You may then mail an itemized order and payment to:

Please allow 10-15 business days for mailed orders to be received and processed. Please allow additional 7-10 business days for personal checks to clear before the order is shipped.

Sales Tax
Michigan residents are charged 6% sales tax.
Washington residents are charged 9.5% sales tax.
